I got my lips done! - Juvederm Lip Enhancement at Caci

It seems like everyone is doing it but no one is explaining what it is like to get your lips plumped. It's something that's interested me for a while, so I decided to take the plunge so I can share my experience with you all.  I booked into Caci and headed in nervous but also excited. There is something about Caci on High Street. It's calm, it's pretty, and it's an exciting place. I was also treated by the most lovely lady (that totally helps), but in fact, all of the staff there have been fantastic to me. So quickly my nerves were at ease. 

At Caci, they use a filler called Juvederm for lip enhancement treatments to add volume to thin or sunken lips. This brand of filler is much smoother in consistency than others, so you will see a much more natural result. 

So I sat down, held a mirror in front of my face and talked through my concerns. Me - I just wanted a little bit of oompf but was also cautious of my sticky outy top teeth. 

Together, we came up with a plan and we had a lengthy chat about what to expect and some of the side effects. At Caci all fillers are administered by a Registered Nurse who has had extensive training, so you’re in the very best hands. 

I sat back and we started. Stress ball in hand. It didn't hurt as much as I thought, in fact, I kinda loved the feeling (not going to lie) for the first time in my life I was aware of my lips and it felt amazing. We really worked to get it perfect. Double checking everything, starting with the top lip first and moving to the bottom. It was a slow and lengthy process but great things cannot be rushed and the result was awesome! 

Despite the fact, they were a tad bruised and sore I took it easy that weekend but u did go out 🙈 I kid you not well I say that a man came up to me and said I had great lips! - my response was simply "Thanks, I love them too".  My relaxed pout was perfect, just enough. No one noticed I had gotten the procedure however I was receiving a lot of comments.  

Two weeks later and I was back for a check up. I was raving.
