Shoe Love | Nike Air Pegasus PLUS 30 - Review
Okay, not the most exciting shoes but if you workout on a regular basis then you might be crushing on these baby's like I am. The Nike Women's Air Pegasus Plus 30 Running Shoe that is. I have been hitting up the gym six days a week and my Nike Free's 5.0's as much as I love them just aren't cutting it when it comes to squat jumps, burpees and high kicks. Sure, I looked good but I was lacking the support. I needed some substance but wasn't quite prepared to give up on style. I also am a big Nike fan.
If I'm honest I've needed new kicks for a while now and just couldn't bring myself to do it but with a gym date in the pipeline (I'm not kidding) I kinda needed to make a decision without compromising style. I was pretty stoked to see Nike Britomart had these guys fresh in store. The Nike Women's Air Pegasus Plus 30 Running Shoe Yay! - With the black and white colour combo these are perfect for at the gym, for a run or a waterfront walk. They ticked all the boxes and worked with my current workout wardrobe.
For 30 years running, the Pegasus has delivered a soft, cushioned ride at a good value. Today, the Pegasus is back to a simplified, cushioned shoe. The Nike Women's Air Pegasus Plus 30 Running Shoe is Excellent for long distances and recovery runs.
These guys also support and stabilise centrally. Now when I do high kicks my ankle on the ground is supported, my balance is better and all round I look more capable. The support doesn't compromise the weight of the shoe either. It is still lightweight which makes it great when I am lugging myself up an incline on the treadmill.
Stay tuned on my Instagram for plenty of workout and shoe selfies.
